Castle Innovations LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the HyperLink Dock mobile application (the "App"), an enterprise warehouse and crossdock logistics tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from users of the App.

Information We Collect

Authentication Information

• Username — used for login and session identification only
• Encrypted credentials — stored securely in the device's secure storage
• Session tokens — used to maintain authenticated sessions
• Biometric authentication — if enabled, fingerprint or face unlock data is processed and stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers

Operational Data

• Package tracking numbers — scanned via the device camera for logistics operations
• Package status updates — such as INBOUND, ARRIVED, POSSESSED, and LOADED
• Damage codes — for package condition reporting
• Trailer identifiers — for package-to-trailer association
• Timestamps — recorded when packages are scanned or statuses change

Device Information

• Camera access — used exclusively for barcode scanning functionality
• Device type and OS version — for app compatibility
• App performance metrics — crash reports and response times
• Network connectivity status — to ensure reliable data synchronization

How We Use Information

We use collected information exclusively to:

• Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions
• Process package tracking and status updates
• Manage inbound and outbound trailer logistics
• Generate operational reports for warehouse management
• Ensure app stability and performance
• Provide technical support to users

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user information with third parties. Operational data is shared only with the warehouse operator or logistics customer on whose behalf the App is deployed, as required to perform logistics operations.

Data Security

We protect information using industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transmission (TLS), encrypted credential storage on device, and access controls limiting data visibility to authorized operational personnel.

Data Retention

Operational data is retained only as long as necessary to support active logistics operations and reporting requirements of the deploying organization, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Authentication data is removed when a user account is deactivated.

Children's Privacy

The App is an enterprise tool intended for use by authorized warehouse personnel. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications, email to registered users, or update notices upon login.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that may affect your information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery, describe what information was affected, outline the steps we are taking to address the breach, and recommend actions you can take to protect yourself.

Consent

By using the App, you consent to the collection of operational data necessary for warehouse logistics, camera access for barcode scanning (when granted), optional biometric authentication (if enabled), and data processing as described in this Privacy Policy.
